There’s just something magical about the architecture and oak-lined walkways at Rice University, and Briana & Eric’s engagement session made the most of every beautiful detail. From the moment we arrived on campus, their joy and connection lit up the lens—and we couldn’t have asked for a sweeter couple or a better backdrop.

Hannah & James | Engagement Session at McGovern Centennial Gardens, Houston TX

There’s something truly special about couples who radiate joy—and Hannah and James were no exception! We had the absolute honor of capturing their engagement session at McGovern Centennial Gardens in the heart of Houston, and every moment was filled with laughter, love, and the kind of connection that makes our job so rewarding.

We have known Jackson since he was 11 years old, playing drums for the church youth band. He is an incredible musician who participates in the Houston Youth Symphony. When you think of Jackson, you think of DRUMS. For this senior session, he even brought his own kit to the shoot.

It was a privilege to shoot Courtney and Tacho’s engagement at Clay Family Eastern Glades in Memorial Park. Huge thanks to Instagram for connecting us to this fun, photogenic, couple who was super easy to work with.
